Description
A large house with several out buildings in Bonnington, Edinburgh. The roofs of the buildings are the most prominent feature. A tree is behind a wall that forms part of a boundary for the building. An entranceway through the wall has two square pillars on either side. In the background is the spire of a church.

Bonnington is a small area of Edinburgh. It is situated in the north-east of the city, immediately to the south-west of Leith. Bonnington had a long-standing association with flour milling, continuing into the 20th century.
