A dilapidated River Almond Cafe sits on the Cramond foreshore in Edinburgh. Several run down houses and outbuildings are joined on to it. The buildings have pantile roofs and shrubs can be seen growing in front of them.

Originally a separate village, Cramond is now a suburb in the north west of Edinburgh. Set alongside the beautiful Almond Valley it retains a picturesque, village-like feel. Cramond Harbour at the mouth of the Almond is a popular location for recreational sailing.
