Description
The back of a tenement building in Chessel's Court, Edinburgh, is partly obscured by the leafless branches of trees. There are a great number of windows on the building which also has tall chimney stacks. On the ground floor are lean-to sheds and just before the building is a small lane enclosed by walls on either side.

Chessel's Court is situated just off the Canongate in Edinburgh. It was built in 1745 and substantially renovated in the 1950's and 1960's.
