Description
The East End of Princes Street decorated for the visit of King Edward and Queen Alexandra in 1903. The North British Station Hotel can be seen on the left and the Crown Hotel on the right. A large archway has been built over the width of Princes Street and is decorated with names of empire countries and flags. A man is driving a horse and cart under the arch whilst looking up at it. The Scott Monument can be seen in the background.
