The street known as Clelland Gardens (after the owner of this house) is now called St James' Place. It is located behind the former St James Centre which was demolished from 2016 to 2018 to make way for the St James Quarter.
The house, which was built in the 18th century, was later converted to an engineering works and was demolished in the early 20th century.
