The West Port is a street that continues west from Edinburgh's Grassmarket towards Lothian Road. It was the site of the western entrance to Edinburgh through the city wall.
Heriot Bridge is a short street leading up from the Grassmarket towards George Heriot's School. Whilst the street retains its name, its arched bridge has been removed.
