Queen Mary's Bath House stands in the grounds of Holyrood Palace. According to legend it is where Mary, Queen of Scots would bathe, although this seems an unlikely use for the building.
Queen Mary's Bath House stands in the grounds of Holyrood Palace. It was believed to be the bathing house of Mary, Queen of Scots, but is actually a late 16th century garden pavilion. During rebuilding in 1852 a dagger was found embedded in the roof.
