Description
Children play in the street in front of a row of tenement houses on Cable Wynd in Leith. Sutherland's Grocer and Spirit Merchant can be seen with signs hanging outside the shop. Many of the children are gathered around a lamppost whilst a woman stands in a doorway holding a baby.
