Edinburgh from Craigleith Quarry - Edinbourg pris de Craigleith Quarry
A coloured lithograph of the view across the City of Edinburgh from Craigleith Quarry. In the foreground two women and a man rest on boulders at the edge of a winding path. Trees follow the edges of the paths that wend their way towards the city. The castle can be seen atop the Castle Rock as well as various church spires and the buildings of the New Town. Calton Hill and its monuments lie to the left and in the background the peak of Arthur's Seat can be seen.
