Sighthill

The last of Sighthill's 1960s tower blocks were demolished on Sunday 25th September 2011. We've looked into the archives of the
Edinburgh and Scottish Collection
and found pictures of the area and the high-rise flats when they were newly built back in 1967. We've even found an image of a 3D model from 1963 giving an artist's impression of how the redeveloped area would look.
