This is a podcast from Edinburgh and Lothians Regional Equality Council's Heritage Lottery funded Routes to Roots project podcast series. While this project has primarily looked at people coming to Scotland, we speak to Dr. David Worthington about Scots who migrated to Poland in the 17th and 18th Century. In part one, we learn about the numbers of Scots that migrated, what their reasons for doing so were, and what their reception was like in Poland.
