This tenement at West Bow is a replica of a previous early 18th century building on the site. It sits seamlessly in the Old Town as a traditional 5-storey and attic tenement with wallhead dormers.
The architect T W Marwick was the grandson of Edinburgh architect Thomas Purves Marwick and the son of Thomas Craigie Marwick.
