John Knox's house on the High Street. The house has an external staircase and various shaped windows. It is surrounded by shops and houses. The building to the left of it has four plaster busts on its window ledges. A well head can be seen in front on the house.

John Knox's House, reputedly the home of the 16th century Protestant Reformer, is situated on the High Street in Edinburgh. It dates from the late 15th century or early 16th century. It was restored in the 19th century. It is now open to the public as a museum and forms part of the Scottish Storytelling Centre.
