Fukuda, Hanko
Biography
Fukuda Hanko was a painter working in the nanga (Chinese Southern school) style. He was one of the ten best pupils of the renowned painter Watanabe Kazan (1793-1841). He specialized in landscape paintings.
In Japanese culture a person's family name comes first, so this artist's name is written Fukuda Hanko.
