Description
Ann Lyle sits surrounded by her children (Elizabeth, James, Barbara and Walter). She is sitting on an upholstered sofa holding the baby on her knee. They are wearing Edwardian clothing. Ann's hair is swept up in a bun and she is wearing a white blouse and long wool skirt. The boys are wearing short woollen suits with bow ties and shirts with Eton collars. Elizabeth has a large bow in her hair and is wearing rosary beads around her neck.
