Cluedo was invented as a board game by a solicitor called Anthony E.Pratt, in 1949. The object of the game was for players to deduce which suspect murdered the victim. Each player would take on a character of the game and then would guess such as, 'It was Coronal Mustard, in the Library with the candle stick'! If they guessed correctly they would win.
The Amstrad computer was an eight bit home computer produced between 1984 and 1990. The Cluedo game Cassette, was one of many popular board games produced for use for the Amstrad.
