A comic book featuring the character 'Wonder Woman'. The twenty two paged comic strip features the illustrated adventures of 'Wonder Woman'. The front cover is illustrated with a picture of 'Wonder Woman' flying through the sky. The cover reads 'Wonder Woman By Perez and McLeod'. The cover also features the DC comic logo in the left hand corner. The back of the comic features a full page advertisement for a 'Buck Rodgers' board game.

The comic 'Wonder Woman' was created by Dr William Moulton Marston in 1941. Wonder Woman, was a character inspired by Marston's wife Elizabeth. During a time when it was difficult for women to gain such an education or indeed to be accepted to university, Elizabeth Marston earned three prestigious degrees.
'Wonder Woman' for Marston, represented an empowering superhero for young girls to be inspired by.
