Description
A collection of seventy-six clear and coloured marbles. The marbles consist of twenty six clear marbles with coloured rods inside, three beige and black clay marbles, seven clear glass marbles, five opaque coloured glass, and nine opaque patterned glass marbles. Twenty coloured glass marbles and six large glass marbles.

Marbles are small spherical balls usually made from glass or agate and vary in size and colour.
These marbles belonged to donor Miss Sheina Leckie Wardlaw, as a child, who bought them at Woolworth's princes Street in Edinburgh. The small marbles had cost 3 pence and the large 6 pence.
