Queen Mary's Bath House stands in the grounds of Holyrood Palace. According to legend it is where Mary, Queen of Scots would bathe, although this seems an unlikely use for the building.
Holyrood Palace is a Royal residence. The original building was built in 1498 but much of the current building is the result of its reconstruction in 1671.
