Brechin Castle
Description
A view of a large high walled castle situated at the top of a steep rocky hillside above a loch. The castle is a square shaped building with rounded towers at the corners and many tall and narrow windows. There are trees scattered across the hill side below.

Brechin Caslte is now part of the Dalhousie Estate, owned and run by the Earl of Dalhousie. The original castle was constructed of stone in the 13th Century, but an extensive re-construction completed from 1696-1709, altered the look of the castle completely.
