A statue of Walter Francis Montagu Douglas Scott, 5th Duke of Buccleuch and 7th Duke of Queensberry stands in Parliament Square in Edinburgh. This imposing bronze is by J. Edgar Boehm and was completed in 1888. Bronze panels surrounding the pedestal, executed by artists including George Clark Stanton, illustrate events from the lives of the Duke and his family.
