Biography
S. D. Swarbreck was a London based painter of landscape and architectural subjects. Although he was based in England he is perhaps most famous for his somewhat stereotypical Scottish scenes. He exhibited at the Royal Academy 1852-63 and also at the British Institute and Society of British Artists.
