Home, Bruce James

Biography

Bruce James Home was an Edinburgh topographical artist. He studied at the Trustees Academy under Scott Lauder. He was the curator of the Outlook Tower on Castlehill and the first curator of Edinburgh City Municipal Museums. His two volume work, Old Houses in Edinburgh, was published in 1905-07. He exhibited at the Royal Scottish Academy.
