Lord Cockburn and family at Bonaly
A group of twelve men, women and children stand outside Bonaly Tower, Edinburgh. The house has a tower with a large doorway in it and an external staircase. The women are wearing day dresses, many of them in checked material. One of the woman has a parasol. Two of the men are carrying hats and one is sitting in an unusually shaped chair.
