Two of the fields Artist and Type are drop down menus. These menus list all the Artists and Types on our database and you must choose the word you want to search for from this list.

Date from Earliest date of image (must be a 4 digit year eg 1890)
Date to Latest date of image (must be a 4 digit year eg 1890)
Type Image type eg photograph, postcard.
Item Unique image number
